Rubber United supplies durable garage floor tiles for garages, workshops, automotive showrooms and car wash areas. These polypropylene tiles form part of our Plastic Floor Tiles range and provide a practical floor for vehicle and commercial spaces.

The open surface allows water, dirt and small debris to pass through the tile. At the same time, the interlocking system keeps the floor firmly connected. You can install the tiles without glue or specialist tools.

Choose from black, grey, blue and red. We normally keep the tiles in stock and supply them in boxes of 10. There is no minimum order quantity.

Garage Floor Tiles for Garages and Vehicle Areas

These garage floor tiles support normal passenger vehicle traffic. Therefore, they work well in home garages, commercial workshops, vehicle showrooms and car wash areas.

The 40 × 40 cm format covers larger areas quickly. In addition, the 18 mm open structure keeps water and loose dirt below the main walking and driving surface.

Common applications include:

  • Home garages
  • Commercial garages
  • Workshops
  • Automotive showrooms
  • Car wash areas
  • Detailing bays
  • Exhibition floors
  • Commercial display areas
  • Storage and utility spaces

For vehicles or equipment with unusual wheel loads or high point loads, contact us before installation.

Why Choose Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles?

Install Garage Floor Tiles Without Glue

Each tile has a built-in click connection. First, align the connectors. Then press the tiles firmly together.

You do not normally need adhesive for a standard installation. As a result, you can install the floor quickly and replace individual tiles later.

Open-Grid Garage Flooring

The open design allows water, dust and loose dirt to pass through the tile. This helps keep the upper surface clearer.

However, the tiles do not replace a drainage system. Car wash areas and other wet spaces still need a suitable supporting floor and adequate drainage.

Garage Floor Tiles for Normal Vehicle Traffic

The slightly harder PP construction suits normal passenger vehicle traffic. Therefore, customers often use these tiles in garages, automotive showrooms and car wash areas.

Each Garage Floor Tile has a load capacity of up to 5,000 kg per tile.

UV-, Weather- and Chemical-Resistant PP Tiles

The polypropylene tiles resist UV exposure and changing weather conditions. They also resist chemicals, oils and salts.

Therefore, they suit many indoor and outdoor commercial applications.

Easy-to-Clean Garage Flooring

Sweep, vacuum or rinse the floor when needed. The open profile allows water and dirt to move below the surface.

You can also disconnect individual sections when the supporting floor needs deeper cleaning.

Garage Floor Tile Colours

The interlocking garage floor tiles are available in:

  • Black
  • Grey
  • Blue
  • Red

Use one colour for a uniform garage floor. Alternatively, combine colours to create parking zones, borders, walkways or display areas.

Black is available only in the Garage Floor Tiles range. Customers who need green or yellow tiles can view our Multi-Purpose Anti-Slip Floor Tiles.

Grey Edging for Garage Floor Tiles

We supply matching edging for the grey garage floor tiles. The edging creates a smoother transition between the existing floor and the raised tile surface.

Therefore, it gives the installation a cleaner finish and helps reduce trip hazards along exposed sides.

Available finishing pieces include:

  • Grey male edging, 40 × 6 cm
  • Grey female edging, 40 × 6 cm
  • Grey corner pieces, 6 × 6 cm

We supply each edging and corner piece individually. Plan the floor layout before ordering so that you select the correct male and female edges.

How to Install Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles

  1. Make sure the existing floor is clean, dry, stable and level.
  2. Remove loose dirt, dust and debris.
  3. Start in a corner or along a fixed straight line.
  4. Lay every tile in the same direction.
  5. Align the connectors and press the tiles firmly together.
  6. Continue row by row and check the alignment regularly.
  7. Finish exposed sides with the correct grey edging and corner pieces.

You do not normally need glue or specialist installation equipment. However, always check that the supporting floor suits the intended use.
